A Long Island City seafood store has closed and its owners have notified customers to visit their Brooklyn market.
Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co, which opened at 5-43 48th Ave. in September 2016, has closed its Hunters Point operation and residents are being directed to the eatery’s 114 Nassau Ave. establishment in Greenpoint.
The market stocked fresh foods as well as oven-ready fish options such as stuffed whole fish prior to closing.
The Nassau Avenue location is the company’s only remaining store. It is a fish market and restaurant combined.
