Façade work at 22-22 Jackson Avenue is nearly done, with about 95 percent of the building covered in glass windows.
According to The Court Square Blog, the 182-unit Long Island City building is set to be completed by the end of the summer, which is right on time with its construction schedule.
The building will have 118,563 square feet devoted to residential units and 5,723 square feet set aside for retail space. The building will also include amenities and luxuries such as storage for bikes, a library, a pool, a gym, a lounge, a communal rooftop space, enclosed parking and private terraces.
