Cops locked up four men this weekend who came looking for illegal sex at a Ridgewood location that’s been a hotbed for prostitution for years.

Law enforcement sources said the suspected “johns” were arrested during an undercover NYPD operation executed on the night of April 8 and early into the following morning in the vicinity of Cypress Avenue and Starr Street.

Each of the four men, who ranged in ages from 21 to 64, allegedly solicited oral sex from undercover officers posing as prostitutes, police said. The suspects offered between $20 and $40 for the illicit transactions.

The suspects were subsequently taken into custody on charges of patronizing a prostitute.

The NYPD has visited the Ridgewood location numerous times over the past decade in conducting “Operation Losing Proposition” enforcement initiatives. The law enforcement program targets specific areas of the city where prostitution activities are prevalent.
