A 28-year-old man was found dead in his Jamaica Estates home, according to police.

A 28-year-old man was found dead in his Jamaica Estates home, according to police.

Officers responded to a call about an unconscious man inside at 87-20 Chelsea St. Friday, Oct. 20 at 2:35 p.m., police said.

The officers arrived and found Aforme Agawu unconscious and unresponsive lying face up in his bed, fully clothed with no apparent signs of trauma observed, according to authorities.

EMS pronounced Agawu dead at the scene, police said.

The investigation remained ongoing and a Medical Examiner was tasked with determining the cause of Agawu’s death, according to authorities.
