Celebrate Halloween a few days early by trick-or-treating at local businesses and enjoying family-friendly fun in Jamaica.

On Oct. 26, the Jamaica Center BID is hosting Trick or Treat on the Ave. From noon to 3 p.m., families can come down to Rufus King Park — located in front of King Manor Museum, 150-03 Jamaica Ave. — for a day of family activities, including music, arts and crafts.

Costumes are highly encouraged. Participants can also walk over to local businesses for some free Halloween treats throughout the duration of the event.
