Fred Kress has lived in Rosedale all of his life and he has no intentions of leaving. The new president of the Rosedale Civic Association and founder of the Cornucopia Society Inc., Kress spends many of his non-working hours helping to make the neighborhood a better place to live.
The Cornucopia Society, a volunteer-operated community service organization started in 1997, has recently been recognized by Fleet Bank for its beautification project along Sunrise Highway and Francis Lewis Boulevard.
