The 2003 Mercedes SUV of Curtis Plunkett, 31, was struck by Walter Knoblock, 60, of Massapequa, around 4 a.m. last Thursday, police said.
Knoblock’s 1999 Ford Crown Victoria was traveling westbound on the eastbound section of the Belt Parkway
