Rex Whitehorn, an attorney with offices listed in Great Neck, Whitestone, Flushing and East Northport, L.I., was arrested last Thursday at the 111th Precinct, police said. The 36-year-old Glen Cove resident was arraigned on five charges, including endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of public lewdness and two counts of exposure of a person, according to the Queens district attorney's office.Around 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 23, Whitehorn allegedly pulled his car in front of a woman at Springfield Boulevard and 59th Avenue, a block south of Cardozo High School, and exposed himself, according to the criminal complaint.The complaint also charges that around 10:05 a.m. on Jan. 5, Whitehorn allegedly blocked the path of a 16-year-old girl with his black BMW and exposed himself to her at Springfield Boulevard and 59th Avenue.Whitehorn could not be reached and his attorney declined to comment. Queens Criminal Court Judge Mary O'Donoghue set bail at $5,000.
