Rosedale residents clearly back downzoning at CB 9 development meeting

Residents of a small central Bronx enclave known as Rosedale overwhelmingly endorsed on Tuesday, January 18, a homegrown plan to downzone their neighborhood to allow only one- and two-family standalone homes.

The survey of about 70 homeowners came at a nighttime meeting at St. Anthony
