&#8220In the morning we pick up the fish for the day,” said Huang. &#8220We have live lobster, talapia, crabs, shrimp and much more.”
Customers can simply select the fish they want and can have a beautiful fresh dinner on the table later that night.
And for those of us who don't have time to cook, or are hosting a party, U-Mart sells sushi as well as deli platters.
&#8220For summer, if you do a big party, we have specials,” said Huang.
