Atlas Park will be at Queens Real Estate Expo

During the coming Queens Real Estate Expo at York College on September 30, Dante Amenta will represent The Shops At Atlas Park and hopes to let more people know what it has to offer.
Amenta, a leasing representative for The Shops At Atlas Park in Glendale, said that he got involved with the expo because of the many opportunities it is presenting. He said that he will be able to have direct contact with local professionals and will be able to network further with members of the brokerage community. He also said that it will be important in giving Atlas Park further exposure.
While speaking with people during the expo, Amenta will be giving information on the project as a whole, as well as specifically about the office space available. Amenta will be situated in the Academic Building of York College in Room A on the main floor of the expo. Other businesses in this room will include Vantage Residential, which has apartments throughout the city, and AMB Funding, which will provide credit and mortgage counseling.
Currently, there are about eight office tenants of varying kinds at Atlas Park, including insurance brokers, attorneys, creative marketing companies and a travel agency.
“It’s a lovely mix of tenants,” Amenta said.
Amenta went on to say that there are many benefits to having an office located in The Shops At Atlas Park, including giving the “unique opportunity to be in a professional office setting but close to wonderful retail.” Other benefits include a large amount of parking, 24-hour security and access and newly constructed spaces.
“On many levels there’s a lot that we can offer to professional tenants,” Amenta said.
As a participant in the expo, Amenta said that he is also looking forward to learning more about the business community in Queens.
