Eagle trio honored in Flushing

State Senator Frank Padavan gets a hearty handshake from newly promoted Eagle Scout Matthew Frankel after he and fellow scouts Matthew Twomey (left) and Christopher Koterba were awarded the highest rank conferred by the Boy Scouts of America, at an “Honor Court” ceremony recently.
After the ceremony, on Saturday September 22, at St. Luke’s Church in Flushing, Padavan presented each of the trio with a Certificate of Merit and a New York State Senate Medal of Achievement.
