Kids groomed to be tomorrow’s leaders

Just before Christmas, 29 new members were inducted into the Prospect Park Youth Council. The high school age youths, who come from Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, completed a three month training course and each received a special Youth Council hoodie.
