AA rotating menus in premium class

An increased number of food selections are enhancing the travel experience for those in first class or business class on American Airlines’ flights.
The program began last November. It has six different menus that are used on a rotating basis thought the year.
“American is pleased to introduce new culinary options to complement our premium class services,” said American Airlines’ Director of Onboard Products John Tiliacos. “We are committed to providing an unparalleled traveling experience for our customers and dining is a key component of that experience.”
Among the new dishes that are being offered are rosemary-scented shrimp, chicken Thai curry, beef filet, seafood brodetto, braised lamb, macadamia nut chicken, crepes filled with scrambled eggs, salmon and chives, flat iron steaks, and grilled barbecue chicken.
Different dishes are offered depending on the region being traveled to. The choices take into account seasonal freshness, and “the flavors and delicacies of the regions that the flight serves.”
The new meals are on European, Asian, Latin American, and Hawaiian flights. They are also on transcontinental and domestic flights.
