Seek Bank Robber in Citywide Spree

Police are searching for this man, who they say is responsible for a string of bank robberies citywide.
Todd Bowen, 48, allegedly enters the banks, demands cash from the tellers and flees.
He is decribed as 6’3”, 170 pounds. Police say he usually wears dark glasses and carries a satchel during the robberies.
