MediSys Golf Classic a success

On Monday, August 25, Jamaica and Flushing Hospitals held their 10th Annual MediSys Golf Classic at the Old Westbury Country Club. The event, attended by nearly 200 golfers and a half dozen tennis players, raised money to benefit both facilities.
After a day of golfing and tennis, participants attended a cocktail/dinner reception, where prizes were awarded to the highest scoring players/foursomes. Raffles drawings were also held and an array of prizes was distributed, including a grand prize package of two tickets to a destination of choice and a $2,000 Visa gift card.
