FLUSHING — A Flushing man was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sept. 29 after cops found him unable to drive his car out of a parking lot, the Queens district attorney's office said.
At 1:29 a.m., officers noticed Yoon Heo, 41, was driving his 2007 Nissan in a parking lot at Northern Boulevard and 163rd Street, according to a criminal complaint filed by the DA's office. When they stopped Heo, he allegedly told police that he “had a few drinks,” the DA said.
An Intoxilyzer Test found Heo's blood alcohol level was .173, the DA's office said, far above the legal limit.
Heo was charged with felony operating a motor vehicle under the influence Sept. 29, the DA's office said. He was released without bail. His next court date is Oct. 21.
