Violent altercation

While in his home, located on 203rd Street, a victim, who engaged in a heated dispute with his brother, Seng Chen Tan, 39, was allegedly struck in the head with a metal wastebasket.
The attack caused a laceration to the victim’s left eyelid and bridge of his nose and caused pain to his cheek. An arrest has been made and no reports of further action have been made.
