High flyers at Sky View Parc

As Sky View Parc, the four acre mixed-use commercial and residential complex, rises over Roosevelt Avenue at College Point Boulevard in downtown Flushing, builder Muss Development has honored three rising stars of their sales force.
Since February, more than 130 of the 448 “Phase 1” condominiums have been sold. They will occupy three towers amidst elevated parkland, atop a commercial center.
“We like to recognize the stars and encourage brokers to sell units at Sky View Parc,” said Toby Klein, Muss’ senior vice president and director of sales and marketing.
According to Klein, the three winners actually tied for first-place in a sales competition so successful that the second tower had to be started months ahead of schedule.
