“Walking and Conditioning”
Starting on Monday, May 4, 2009 at 8 a.m.,
we will be conducting a weekly
“Walk Around the Golf Course.”
Our walk is scheduled to last
45 minutes to an hour, and will be led by
Lori Scolaro, our Aerobics Director.
Please join Lori in the VIP Room at 8 a.m.,
and wear comfortable exercise apparel.
We hope you will start your week with us
by enjoying the beautiful view and breathing in
the calm of the great outdoors.
