Man assaults another in Bayside building: Brown

BAYSIDE — Police said they arrested a 29-year-old man after he allegedly assaulted another man at a residence in Bayside.

James Barba was arrested after he allegedly assaulted the victim and damaged a wall in the Bayside building in which he lives, police said. The defendant is alleged to have believed the victim had complained about him to the building’s landlord, police said.
