Missing mom found dead, man arrested

The body of Jamaica Vereen Smith, 36, of Rosedale, who disappeared on November 25, was reportedly found on Tuesday, December 8 on Long Island, and the father of her child has reportedly been arrested.
The woman was last seen dropping off her daughter at school. Marvon Jemmott, 35, also of Rosedale, is charged with second-degree murder, according to published reports.
