Perp allegedly posed as water employee

Cops say that a perp, identified as a white male in his 50s, went to a home on Springfield Boulevard on Saturday, December 5, posing as a water authority employee. Once inside, he allegedly told the victim to go to the bathroom and turn the water on and off. While she was in there, the suspect allegedly took jewelry from her bedroom.
