Teen accused of hitting officer in Little Neck

LITTLE NECK — Police arrested a man Friday night after he punched a police officer on the left side of his face using a closed fist, causing substantial swelling and pain, authorities said.

James Marchetti, 17, was arrested for the felony assault on Glenwood Road at an undisclosed location between Iowa Street and Concord Road, police said.
