Teen stabbed on school bus in Hollis: Witness

HOLLIS — A teenager was stabbed Friday by a group of kids waiting for him inside a school bus in Hollis, according to the Breaking News Network and a witness.

“Some kids cut him up,” said a Hollis resident who asked to be identified only as Randy. “They were waiting on the back of the bus for him.”

The city Police Department’s public information arm had no information on the incident.

When Randy saw the school bus driving along Hollis Avenue at around 2:30 p.m. Friday, he said he saw the victim lying on the ground being taken away by an ambulance.

“They had a bandage covering here,” Randy said, gesturing to his midsection. “They had his head bandaged. He was badly hurt. He was alive, though.”

Antonio Williams, who sells lemonade by the corner where the stabbing occurred, said he had been told the incident was gang-related.
