Bank Robbery Suspect Sought

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the suspect, identified as Marat G. Mikhaylich, wanted for three bank robberies that occurred within the confines of the 114th, 68th and 108th Precincts.
The first incident was on Thursday, December 9 when the suspect entered the Sovereign Bank located at 37-10 Broadway, approached a teller and stated that he had a firearm. The suspect demanded cash and fled the bank with an undetermined amount. No firearm was displayed.
The second robbery occurred on Thursday, December 23 after the suspect entered the Ridgewood Savings Bank on Third Avenue, approached a teller, pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect then fled the bank with an undetermined amount of money.
The latest incident was on Thursday, December 30. The suspect entered the Sovereign Bank located at 24-29 Jackson Avenue, approached a teller, pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. He fled with an undetermined amount of cash.
Mikhaylich is described as 35 years old, 6’3″-6’5″ tall, 200 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
