The Queens Chamber Business Expo and Breakfast – the largest trade show in Queens with over 100 vendors and over 1,000 business people in attendance – will be held on May 24 at Citi Field. The expo will give small and large businesses alike an opportunity to network and build long lasting relationships.
The day will begin at 8 a.m. with a business breakfast featuring guest speaker Mortimer B. Zuckerman, chair and Editor-in-Chief of U.S. News & World Report and publisher of the New York Daily News. The recipient of various awards for his many business achievements through the decades, Zuckerman is the co-founder, chair, and chief executive officer of Boston Properties Inc. and a regular commentator on The McLaughlin Group. From 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. businesses not only from Queens, but from Long Island, the four other boroughs and Connecticut will have the opportunity to showcase their goods and services at the amenities offered by Citi Field. According to the Queens Chamber of Commerce, the expo is a great way to increase visibility around the borough.
“Meet other businesses, find out about products and services that are being offered and ultimately find out ways to increase your own bottom line,” said Jack Friedman, executive director of the Queens Chamber of Commerce.
