Rabbi and Legislator Meet In Albany

The leader of the Chabad movement and director of the Lubavich Youth Organization, Rabbi Shmuel Menachem Butman, recently met with State Sen. Toby Ann Stavisky at the state capitol in Albany and delivered the daily invocation in the Senate chamber. In meeting with Butman, Stavisky discussed educational opportunities and other efforts to improve the lives of New Yorkers.
