Remembering M.i.a. Soldiers In M.v.

Members of local veterans groups helped the Bella Italia Mia organization and All Faiths Cemetery unveil a monument at the Middle Village burial grounds on Sunday, Apr. 15, dedicated to American soldiers who were declared missing in action in past wars. Shown standing at the monument are (from left to right) Gene Burch of American Legion Continental Post 1424; State Sen. Joseph Addabbo; All Faiths Cemetery President Daniel Austin; Bella Italia Mia President Diego Lodico; and former State Sen. Serphin Maltese, who also serves as chairman of Christ the King Regional High School’s board of directors.
