Six people were injured in four separate auto accidents around Ridgewood which took place between last Wednesday night, May 23, and Monday afternoon, May 28, Fire Department sources said. In the first accident, as shown in the top left photo, two people were hospitalized with minor injuries after a pair of sedans crashed at the corner of Forest Avenue and Bleecker Street last Wednesday night, May 23, at around 8:40 p.m. The second collision, shown in the bottom left photo, took place occurred the following morning, Thursday, May 24, when a person was injured after a taxi cab and a sedan smashed into each other at the intersection of Putnam and Onderdonk avenues at around 9:30 a.m. The victim was treated for injuries which were not life-threatening, it was reported. Firefighters and paramedics were on the scene of a third accident that took place on Monday afternoon, as shown in the top right photo, when two sedans crashed into each other at the corner of Woodbine Street and Onderdonk Avenue at around 1 p.m. One individual was hospitalized with minor injuries. Finally, in the bottom right photo, two people were rushed to a local hospital for treatment of injuries after a car and a minivan collided at the corner of Cypress and Cooper avenues at 1:40 p.m. on Monday afternoon, May 28, it was reported.
