Students and teachers at P.S. 81 celebrated their love of books during their annual “Hats Off to Reading” Day Parade around their Ridgewood school last week. As shown

Queens Center, in conjunction with New York Blood Center (NYBC), hosted the ‘Bravest vs. Finest’ blood drive last Saturday, Apr. 28. Now in its second year, the blood drive is a friendly competition between New York firefighters and police officers to see which organization can bring in the most blood donations.
