Halloween came early in Kew Gardens for these young trick-or-treaters as Maple Grove Cemetery held a parade and pumpkin carving contest on Saturday

Rep. Bob Turner recently met with a number of chiefs representing the Firemen’s Association of the State of New York, the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs and the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York to discuss public safety matters. Turner (at left) is shown with Chief John Tighe, vice president of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs.
