Henry Sautner, the commanding officer of Transit District 33, was the special guest of the combined meeting of the 104th Precinct Community Council and the Farmers Oval Civic Association (FOCA) at their joint meeting last Thursday, Apr. 26 at Ridgewood Baptist Church.
