Cub Scout Places at Fishing Derby

The Glendale/Maspeth United Methodist Church commemorated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Glendale United Methodist Church at a ceremony on Sunday

Maxim Czekan, a Webelos scout with the Boy Scout Pack 327 of St. Matthias Church in Ridgewood, captured the secondplace trophy in his division at the Cub Scout Fish Derby, held at Camp Pouch in Staten Island last Saturday, June 2. Czekan is shown holding up his trophy-winning catch, which measured 16″ in length.
