The first vice president of the Juniper Park Civic Association (JPCA), Lorraine Scuilli, was honored as a “Woman of Distinction” by State Sen. Joseph Addabbo prior to the start of last Thursday’s (June 14) debate hosted by the JPCA at Our Lady of Hope Auditorium in Middle Village.
