Wanted for Burglary

The NYPD is seeking the man shown in this camera footage in connection with an attempted burglary on 75th Street in the Steinway neighborhood on Saturday, July 7. According to police, two males attempted to enter a home at about 2:56 p.m. through the garage door. No property was taken, and the suspects fled in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported. One of the suspects was identified as an African-American male, standing 5’8″-tall, weighing 150 lbs., bald and bow-legged; he was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, dark jeans and dark sneakers. His accomplice was described as a Hispanic male standing 5’6″-tall, weighing 150 lbs., balding with white hair; he was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, light colored shorts and sandals. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
