Dr. Eric Moskow, founder and CEO of Empire Gate Medical Group, is striving to provide New Yorkers with easier access to health care, no matter their ability to pay.
Board certified in internal medicine, Moskow works with a team of other certified physicians to provide primary care seven days a week for people of all ages.
“Our mission is to apply the deepest and most comprehensive data sets to the delivery of the highest quality care in the most cost-effective manner, while preserving the most important element of patient care,” said Moskow.
The primary care services for both adults and children provided by Empire Gate Medical offer a complete range of family health care including complete physical exams, ultrasounds, X-rays, immunizations, as well as breathing and hearing tests.
Moskow, who hopes to have 10 primary care offices within the five boroughs, opened his first Queens location this past June.
“There is a huge shortage of primary care physicians in low-income geographies in need,” said Moskow. “We wanted to build a first class facility that would bring value to the community.”
When Moskow is not attending to patients, he can be found interfacing with the public on work-related issues, managing workers, and working on opening other offices.
“We are hoping to open up the second office in Queens in the next six months,” said Moskow.
