Elmhurst man, 29, dies in boro stabbing: Police

CORONA — A 29-year-old Elmhurst man was killed early Saturday morning in Corona, the NYPD said.

Police responded to a 911 call around 5:30 a.m. near the corner of 44th Avenue and 102nd Street and found Jose Coro, of Benham Street, with a stab wound in his torso, according to the NYPD.

Coro was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

No suspects have been identified and the investigation was ongoing, police said.
