Suv Flips Out on Ridgewood Street

A sports utility vehicle overturned after colliding with a pair of vehicles at a Ridgewood intersection last Friday afternoon, Oct. 12, it was reported. Fire Department sources said the crash occurred at around noon at the corner of Cypress Avenue and Cornelia Street. Members of Engine Co. 277, Ladder Co. 112, Battalion 28, the 104th Precinct, NYPD Emergency Services Unit 10 and EMS units responded to the scene. One individual was removed to Elmhurst Hospital Center for treatment of injuries which were not life-threatening.
