Members of the John V. Daniels VFW Post 2813 in Woodside recently learned how to launch their own businesses through a seminar conducted by Man-Li Kuo Lin of the U.S. Small Business Administration and Queens County Council VFW Commander Bernard Robinson. As noted

Vincent Martello (seated at left) of Boy Scout Troop 119 became an Eagle Scout in a Sunday, Jan. 13 ceremony at St. Margaret School in Middle Village. Seated next to Martello are his parents, Anthony and Rose Martello. Also pictured is Msgr. Steven Aguggia (at far right), St. Margaret’s pastor.
