Governor Delivers Address In L.i.c.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo visited LaGuardia Community College in Long Island City last Wednesday, Feb. 13, to deliver a reprised version of his “State of the State” address from last month. The governor, along with Assemblywoman Catherine Nolan, are pictured in the top photo with some of the LaGuardia College contingent on hand for the speech.
