The 102nd Precinct Community Council (102 PCC) named P.O. Joshua Farazmad the Cop of the Month for March. Farazmad was working traffic enforcement when he heard a call come over the radio regarding an unconscious male nearby. Farazmad, who spent 7 years as an EMT before joining the NYPD in 2011, performed CPR and resuscitated the man. “It wasn’t his assignment for that night hellip; but in a situation like this, time is of the essence,” said Capt. Henry Sautner, commanding officer of the 102nd Precinct.
