A Richmond Hill woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death was arraigned Thursday after he was found dead two days earlier, the Queens district attorney said.

Shirley Forbes, 63, was arrested Wednesday after police said she allegedly stabbed her 55-year-old boyfriend, Lee Burrison, once in the chest in their 112th Street home Tuesday night, killing him.

Police said they discovered Burrison lying face up on his living room floor bleeding from the chest around 10:44 p.m Tuesday. He was pronounced dead soon after arriving at Jamaica Hospital, the NYPD said.

Brown said the couple already had a documented history of disputes, according to an order of protection issued on Burrison’s behalf in November ordering Forbes to refrain from assaulting, harassing or committing any other criminal offenses against him.

Forbes was charged with manslaughter, criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated criminal contempt and was held without bail, Brown said. His next court date is May 2.

She could face up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
