The bar patron shown in this photo is wanted by police for allegedly committing a grand larceny at a Sunnyside tavern earlier this month. According to authorities

Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly speaks during a ceremony to honor fallen police officers at the Arlington Police Memorial in Cypress Hills Cemetery Saturday, May 25. The memorial, which was initially dedicated in 1871, received a new plaque and was rededicated by the honor Legion of the Police Department of the City of New York.
