Fire at E. Elmhurst Laundry Facility

The bar patron shown in this photo is wanted by police for allegedly committing a grand larceny at a Sunnyside tavern earlier this month. According to authorities

Firefighters are shown cutting through the metal gates covering a store during a one-alarm fire at a commercial laundry in East Elmhurst last Wednesday morning, May 1, it was reported. According to sources, the blaze broke out at around 8:15 a.m. at the shop located on 85th Street near Astoria Boulevard. There were no reported injuries.
