Securing Valuables at Woodhaven Event

The New York Fire Department dedicated a memorial plaque honoring six firefighters on Friday

The Woodhaven Block Association and the 102nd Precinct held a VIN etching event last Saturday, April 27. The force etched identification numbers into electronics to facilitate recovery in the event they are stolen. Pictured in the front row (from left) are: WRBA Vice President Martin Goldberg, WRBA President Ed Wendell, and WRBA 2nd Vice President Janet Chan-Smith. In the rear row (from left) are: Police Officers Jose Severino, Gary Maher and Brendan Noonan of the 102nd Precinct.
