Talking Trash at Outdoor Meet In R’wood.

With the warm summer air having arrived in the city, the Farmers Oval Civic Association (FOCA) held its meeting outdoors last Thursday, May 30, in the courtyard of the Ridgewood Baptist Church. The guest speaker at the session was Capt. Iggy Terranova of the Department of Sanitation’s Community Affairs Unit, who provided information on garbage and recycling collection and took questions and comments from the public. He is pictured standing with attendees and FOCA’s ranking members, including President Dieter Vey, Secretary Alice Kokasch and Sergeant-at-arms Fred Moehring.
