Air National Guard Airman Curt Abdool recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Tx. As noted, the airman completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills. He is the son of Angela and Conrad Abdool of South Ozone Park and a 2005 graduate of Aviation High School in Long Island City. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 2010 from Hofstra University in Hempstead, L.I.
