City Council Member Eric Ulrich addressed constituents, local officials and the press at his swearing-in ceremony held last Thursday, Jan. 30, at P.S. 63 in Ozone Park. The second-term council member was picked to chair the council’s Committee on Veterans and has been working to expand participatory budgeting throughout the 32nd District.
