Corona School Meets with Beep

Queens Borough President Melinda Katz met on Mar. 11, with members of the Corona Arts & Sciences Academy, a new public middle school which opened last September. Katz spoke with six members of the school’s student council, Principal Beth Hert and staff member Lucy Cerezo-Scully. Hert briefed the borough president on her school’s curriculum and the students spoke about what they have learned thus far this year.
